Shipping Policy

When checking out please select the shipping method you would prefer. You may select UPS Ground, Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day. An email option is available for tune files. You will automatically receive an invoice/receipt from our website, if you do not check your SPAM blocker. If you selected UPS you will automatically be sent a tracking email when the item is shipped. If you did not receive an email your ISP may be blocking the emails, this usually happens with AOL accounts. Some spam blockers will block this notification.

Due to the potential for online fraud we can only ship to the billing address on your credit card or the confirmed address on your Paypal account, if you require the item to be shipped to a different address please call us.

SELECTING OVERNIGHT, TWO-DAY, or THREE-DAY SHIPPING DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THE SAME DAY, THERE IS STILL PROCESSING TIME TO ACCOUNT FOR.

In stock items will ship in 3-5 days. Special order items may take longer. Custom tuning takes 7-10 business days minimum, which excludes weekends, holidays, and vacations and may take longer in some cases. If you need the tune file quickly we recomend the Expedite Tune File option.

UPS packages are picked up daily. First class and USPS International shipping methods take slightly longer.
